Before I started working with Sara I was living with three people in a messy crowded apartment. I was unsatisfied with work and let people utilize me even though I was OVERWHELMED AND OVERWORKED. I hardly ever ate breakfast and I ate out all the time. I was stressed out, drank a lot, ate a lot, and NEVER TOOK TIME FOR MYSELF. I was uninvolved in the community and in my own life. Now I’m gluten free! I have moved into my own place with my boyfriend and we have the space and freedom to cook and relax. I have been to a few health and community events that gave me great connections and useful tools to grow. I am proud of myself and have more inner strength that I ever thought possible.
